There are so many aspects to their insisting you wear a mask throughout the majority of your day. The 6 foot rule is part of their mask game. Regardless you can be sure this is not about anyone’s health, it is about controlling Americans and keeping Americans in a state of fear.
The Anti-Mask Movement has had to happen since governors and mayors invoke rules, mandates, proclamations, statutes but they call laws. The same individuals want to continue their BIG LIE to include citations, misdemeanor offenses, fines, and jail time which is really false imprisonment.
They are breaking so many laws in doing so that they should be arrested and the key thrown away. Aside from breaking laws they are stepping on spitting on and deficating upon your Constitutional Rights.

Who the heck are these people? Who do they think they are?
They are people who do not have your best interest in mind. They are people who have no problem being abusive to your children. If being abusive to you is ok in your mind, is somebody abusing your children ok with you too?
If anyone put your children in peril regarding their health, their immune system, or doing thing through making your children wear masks and doing irreversible brain damage to your children not to mention psychological damage to your children. Are you really ok with that?
Seriously, look in a mirror. They are doing the same thing to you. They are abusing you.
When a governor, a mayor and so called experts are willing to violate state and federal OSHA laws to control you and your family but would throw you in jail by charging you with not wearing a mask as if it is a real law.

Does it piss you off to know they can do anything to you they want due to false information, due to their committing fraud and you get in trouble for not doing as they say even through they are breaking the laws?

- “For all you mask wearers (especially those of you who think wearing it outside is NOT stupid
). I know Iâm about to burst your âgoogle doctor degreeâ bubble, but here goes nothing. So Masks? I am OSHA 10&30 certified. I know some of you are too. I donât really know WHY OSHA hasnât come forward and stopped the nonsense BUT I want to cover 3 things⢠N95 masks and masks with exhale ports⢠surgical masks⢠filter or cloth masks. Okay, so upon further inspection, OSHA says some masks are okay and not okay in certain situations. If youâre working with fumes and aerosol chemicals and you give your employees the wrong masks and they get sick, YOU CAN BE SUED. - N95 masks: are designed for CONTAMINATED environments. That means when you exhale through N95 the design is that you are exhaling into contamination. The exhale from N95 masks are vented to breathe straight out without filtration. They donât filter the air on the way out. They donât need to. Conclusion: if youâre in Target and the guy with COVID has an N95 mask, his COVID breath is unfiltered being exhaled into Target (because it was designed for already contaminated environments, itâs not filtering your air on the way out).
- Surgical Mask: these masks were designed and approved for STERILE environments. The amount of particles and contaminants in the outside and indoor environments where people are CLOGGING these masks very, VERY quickly. The moisture from your breath combined with the clogged mask will render it âuselessâ IF you come in contact with COVID and your mask traps it, YOU become a walking virus dispenser. Every time you put your mask on you are breathing the germs from EVERYWHERE you went. They should be changed or thrown out every â20-30 minutes in a non-sterile environment.â
- Cloth masks: I canât even believe Iâm having to explain this, but here it goes. Today, three people pointed to their masks as they walked by me entering Loweâs. They said âya gotta wear your mask BRO,â I said very clearly âthose masks donât work bro, in fact, they MAKE you sickerâ they âpshhâdâ me. By now hopefully, you all know CLOTH masks do not filter anything. You mean the American flag one my aunt made? Yes. The one with sunflowers that looks so cute? Yes. The bandanna, the cut-up t-shirt, the scarf ALL of them offer NO FILTERING whatsoever. As you exhale, you are ridding your lungs of contaminants and carbon dioxide. Cloth masks trap this carbon dioxide the best. It actually risks your health, rather than protect it. The moisture caught in these masks can become mildew ridden overnight. Dry coughing, enhanced allergies, sore throat are all symptoms of a micro-mold in your mask.
- Ultimate Answer: *N95 blows the virus into the air from a contaminated person.*The surgical mask is not designed for the outside world and will not filter the virus upon inhaling through it. Its filtration works on the exhale, (Like a vacuum bag, it only works one way) but likely stops after 20 minutes, rendering it useless outside of a STERILE ENVIRONMENT (correct Becky, they donât work in a bar, not even a little bit).*Cloth masks are WORSE than none. on May 20, 2020, the CDC released verified scientific data stating people have a greater chance of getting hit by lightning than we do dying of Covid-19.
Talk about blasphemous. Talk about disrespecting the people of America.
Stanford research pegged it April 17, 2020, then the CDC confirmed it May 20, 2020. Technology News and Trends report on July 2nd:
âThe CDC now independently confirms recent research by Stanford University that COVID-19 has an extremely low death rate. This exposes the Technocrat hysteria as being man-made and not based on any real, verified data. â TN Editor
Most people are more likely to wind up six feet under because of almost anything else under the sun other than COVID-19.
The CDC just came out with a report that should be earth-shattering to the narrative of the political class, yet it will go into the thick pile of vital data and information about the virus that is not getting out to the public. For the first time, the CDC has attempted to offer a real estimate of the overall death rate for COVID-19, and under its most likely scenario, the number is 0.26%. Officials estimate a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26% â almost exactly where Stanford researchers pegged it a month ago.
Until now, we have been ridiculed for thinking the death rate was that low, as opposed to the 3.4% estimate of the World Health Organization, which helped drive the panic and the lockdowns. Now the CDC is agreeing to the lower rate in plain ink.
Plus, ultimately we might find out that the IFR is even lower because numerous studies and hard counts of confined populations have shown a much higher percentage of asymptomatic cases. Simply adjusting for a 50% asymptomatic rate would drop their fatality rate to 0.2% â exactly the rate of fatality Dr. John Ionnidis of Stanford University projected.
More importantly, as I mentioned before, the overall death rate is meaningless because the numbers are so lopsided. Given that at least half of the deaths were in nursing homes, a back-of-the-envelope estimate would show that the infection fatality rate for non-nursing home residents would only be 0.1% or 1 in 1,000. And that includes people of all ages and all health statuses outside of nursing homes. Since nearly all of the deaths are those with comorbidities.
The CDC estimates the death rate from COVID-19 for those under 50 is 1 in 5,000 for those with symptoms, which would be 1 in 6,725 overall, but again, almost all those who die have specific comorbidities or underlying conditions. Those without them are more likely to die in a car accident. And schoolchildren, whose lives, mental health, and education we are destroying, are more likely to get struck by lightning.â Read the full story here.

Judge Napolitano: Governments âDo Not Have The Authorityâ To Mandate Mask-Wearing

Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday that federal and state governments âdo not have the authorityâ to mandate the wearing of face masks.
Prominent Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, have in some form supported a federal mask-wearing mandate as a measure to fight the spread of coronavirus.
The Fox News judicial analyst discussed the issue during the networkâs âAmericaâs Newsroomâ program. He said that the 10th Amendment to the Constitution reserves matters of public health and safety to the states, but even they lack the authority to mandate masks anywhere but state property.
âThe federal government certainly canât do it because the federal government is not charged with public health or public safety,â Napolitano told Fox Newsâ Melissa Francis. âThat is an area that is reserved by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution for the states.â
While the âpower of the purseâ could convince states to agree to a federal government wish, Napolitano said that the states themselves would have limited power in that area.
âAnd that brings us to whether the states have the authority to do that, and the answer again is no,â said the judge. âIf a person is known to be contagious, the state could require that person to be quarantined or wear a mask, but anything short of that, the state cannot interfere with that personâs freedom of movement or freedom to wear or not to wear a mask, so the governmentâs authority is really rather limited here no matter how aggressive the pandemic may become.â
When Francis asked about comparing mask requirements to seat belt requirements, Napolitano said that seat belt requirements are mandated âon government propertyâ and for use of âa deadly weapon.â
âSo let me modify slightly what I just said,â he said. âThe federal government could compel wearing masks on federal property. A military facility, the post office, government buildings, and the state government could compel wearing masks on state property. The DMV, state colleges, things like that. But on property that the government doesnât own, the feds have no authority to compel wearing a mask, and the states can only compel it when people are sick.â
Napolitano said that âforce of public opinionâ could do âwhat the law cannot doâ if the vast majority of people in an area shame those not wearing masks.
âBut in terms of police stopping you on the street or giving you a summons or a court imposing a fine, absolutely not,â he concluded. âFirst of all, these mayors and gubernatorial edicts are just suggestions. They are not the law.â

Local doctor believes he has found ‘silver bullet’ for COVID-19

Local doctor believes he has found ‘silver bullet’ for COVID-19
ODESSA, Texas â One West Texas doctor believes heâs found a âsilver bulletâ for COVID-19.
Richard Bartlettâs been an emergency room doctor here in the Basin for 28 years. He works across the region at various hospitals and clinics.
The past three months he has been treating high-risk COVID-19 patients, like the elderly, those with heart disease and cancer, with an inhaled steroid called Budesonide.
A drug commonly used to treat asthma.
âItâs an inhaled steroid that doesnât have the side effects of total body steroids but it has the benefits,” Bartlett said.
Dr. Bartlett says COVID-19 starts in the respiratory system but then triggers a severe inflammatory process, called Cytokine Storms, that eventually leads to multi-organ failure and death.
But the inhaled steroid helps to prevent that inflammation.
âItâs like putting out a fire at the base of the fire,” Bartlett said. “Iâm having patients recover so quick.â
Bartlett says patients with COVID-19 get prescribed Budesonide and then use a nebulizer and breath in the steroid twice a day.
His patients tell him within one treatment they were feeling better.
âFor five days she was on her back, couldnât get out of bed then after her first treatment she felt better,” Bartlett said. “She then returned to her job that Monday.â
So far, Bartlettâs seen a 100 percent success rate in the 12 patients he has seen.
Even in his high-risk patients.
âOne patient I had, had a 50-year history of smoking and multiple bypass surgeries,” Bartlett said. “She felt better immediately, total recover.”
Bartlett says the medicine has been out for 25 years.
It is FDA approved but not for treating COVID-19.
“I have never seen it work so good for any other process like this, itâs like this medicine was made for this pandemic.â
Bartlett hopes other doctors begin to use this process to help their COVID-19 patients in order to prevent them from having to go to the ICU or be put on a ventilator.
With Bartlett seeing so much success, European studies will begin on the protocol Bartlett’s being doing next month.
Midland Memorial Hospital is responding to Bartlett’s claims. In a statement sent to NewsWest 9 the Lawrence Wilson, the vice president of medical affairs, said:
There is no strong information about inhaled steroids and COVID-19. There’s debate on both sides as to whether they are harmful or helpful. I would most definitely NOT call inhaled steroids a âsilver bulletâ.
From a recent article on the topic:
âAt present, there is no evidence as to whether pre-morbid use or continued administration of ICS (inhaled corticosteroids) is a factor for adverse or beneficial outcomes in acute respiratory infections due to coronavirus.”
Some arguments against its use include: delayed viral clearance has been seen with systemic steroids, patients with COPD who are on an inhaled corticosteroid have higher incidence of pneumonia
Some arguments for it: the prevalence of COPD patients, many of whom use ICS, in the cohort of patients with COVID is lower than in the general public which is interesting but proves nothing, and there is some in vitro data that may show some inhibitory effects on the virus.
There is a clinical trial in France looking at adding Symbicort (another ICS like Budesonide) to standard of care. It is not completed and has no preliminary results for or against.
There is no evidence to suggest inhaled steroids inactivate, kill or clear the virus. Inhaled, oral and IV steroids are sometimes used for patients in ARDS but have no direct antiviral activity, therefore we would not recommend taking budesonide as a treatment or prophylaxis for COVID-19.
Midland Health does not advocate the use of an ICS as preventative nor as a universally used treatment for COVID-19 infections.

How much freedom do you feel as you submit daily to the fear dished out to you by the media and by various parts of the government?
Good, you oughta be cranky; don’t forget to be cranky at yourself for turning into a fearful submissive individual. Do you like watching your kids grow in fear each day because momma and daddy don’t have enough self-pride to stand up to those who have lied, defrauded, and duped you out of your freedoms?
New York now says it will fine first time non-mask wearers $10,000. Do you believe they care about you, your family, and friends? They let violent criminals out of jail with no bond, yet you would get a $10,000 fine for not submitting to their criminal attack on your constitutional rights.
What does it take for you to say enough and fine them 10 times that amount for messing with you and your family?
Municipalities and states across the country are doing the same thing. Any fines are illegal and definitely against the Constitutional Rights that are yours.
