$417 Million Awarded in Suit Tying Johnson’s Baby Powder to Cancer

In what may be the largest award so far in a lawsuit tying ovarian cancer to talcum powder, a Los Angeles jury on Monday ordered Johnson & Johnson to pay $417 million in damages to a medical receptionist who developed ovarian cancer after using the company’s trademark Johnson’s Baby Powder on her perineum for decades.
Eva Echeverria, 63, of East Los Angeles is one of thousands of women who have sued the consumer products giant Johnson & Johnson claiming baby powder caused their disease, pointing to studies linking talc to cancer that date to 1971, when scientists in Wales discovered particles of talc embedded in ovarian and cervical tumors. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will stop using the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at federal sites and are encouraging states to do the same amid news that six people experienced a rare blood disorder within two weeks of vaccination, with one of them dying and the other person being hospitalized in critical condition.
The New York Times reports that some seven million people have been jabbed with the Johnson & Johnson shot and nine million doses have been shipped out to states. Gov. Mike DeWine of Ohio ordered health providers in his state to stop giving Johnson & Johnson shots. New York, Connecticut, Nebraska and other states did as well.
A number of drug stores, including CVS and Walgreens, have paused the Johnson & Johnson vaccines and are rescheduling appointments.
“We are recommending this pause while we work together to fully understand these events, and also so we can get information out to health care providers and vaccine recipients,” Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting FDA commissioner, said during a briefing Tuesday. Read more

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (Johnson & Johnson): Effective April 23, 2021, CDC and FDA recommend that use of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine resume in the United States. However, women younger than 50 years old should be made aware of a rare risk of blood clots with low platelets following vaccination and the availability of other COVID-19 vaccines where this risk has not been observed. Within 10 days after the Johnson and Johnson Janssen Covid vax gets pulled by the FDA and CDC pay attention within 10 days Johnson and Johnson is allowed once again to be injected into your bodies. How much did Johnson and Johnson have to pay the FDA and CDC to get back into the Covid vax ballgame? Are 10 days April 13th to April 23rd enough days to reformulate their vax? Are 10 days enough days for those organizations to test Johnson and Johnson’s vax then give Johnson and Johnson the green light to stick you with what appears to be a killer/potential killer of the people receiving said vax?

There are many trying to take away our constitutional rights.
There are many of Joe Biden’s friends and associates (ie Nancy Pelosi) who want to get rid of your constitutional rights. Out of one side of their mouth they want to take away your 2nd Amendment rights to own a gun. They say (Joe Biden and friends) one person dying from a gun shot is one too many.
Hence your 2A rights have got to go.
But let a corporate partner (Johnson and Johnson) of the CDC foundation kill one person with their obviously flawed covid vax and it only takes 10 days to give them the right to inject you with a potentially lethal vax; even though as Lunch Bucket Joe and friends say one person killed by a gun is too many why isn’t 1 person killed by a covid vax too many?

As of 4/23/2021 41 percent of America has received a covid vax. Depending on the source the odds of dying from receiving the vax is greater than the odds of dying from the virus itself. The greatest of all genocidal experiments in which the FDA and CDC have admitted they really don’t know the effects of the vax of how many people will die and/or suffer serious side effects to we the people’s health.
It has been reported the odds are greater for people to die from the vax than from the virus. Why would anyone want to be the gueini pig/lab rat for any of the CDC Foundation’s partners making the vax? Sounds the same as leaving a pedophile alone with no supervision in a day care.
